In last week, we have talked with a customer from UK who need 3 sets of fiber laser welding machines and 3 sets of continuous fiber laser cleaning machines, but he wants us to arrange these machines delivery by air. We met a problem here.
As we know, most of the handheld fiber laser welding machines are using water cooling methods, these machines are using refrigerant gas ( R32, which is forbidden by air shipping service ) inside for refrigeration, for this problem , the solution our customer already has is to release the gas(R32) inside machine before delivery, then refill the gas locally after get these water cooled fiber laser machines，that is a good idea for these customers who has the ability to do these works. But for these customers who can not handle these works, we have some other solutions as follow:
1. We can choose other shipping ways which can accept the refrigerant gas ( R32), such as sea shipping, training shipping service, these shipping ways will be little slow but no much limitations, if you do not need machine very urgent, you can choose these way.
2. We have air cooled fiber laser welding machine and laser cleaning machines which do not contain refrigerant gas ( R32) and the same function as weter cooled laser welding machines, if you need machines urgently, you can choose these machines.
