To salve the wire feeder wheel does not rotate problem, first need to know the reasons that caused the wire feeder wheel not rotate. Here listed few factors that will lead to wire feeder wheel not working:

Factor 1:The wire feeder power switch is not turned on.
Solution: Make sure the wire feeder power switch is turned on.
Factor 2:The signal wire is connected incorrectly or the signal wire is broken.
Solution: Use a multimeter to measure with the on/off position. One probe measure PUL+, PUL-, DIR+, and DIR- on the CN1 control box , another probe measure PUL+, PUL-, DIR+, and DIR- on the driver. Measure the corresponding wire numbers. If it is normal, it will show connected. If it is not connected, the signal wire is broken or connected incorrectly.

The four wires connect to the corresponding holes respectively.
Factor 3:Wire feeding speed is too fast.
Solution: Set up the wire feeding speed between 2-80 mm/s.
Factor 4:The 24V switching power supply is damaged.
Solution: Measure whether there is voltage at the input and output ports of the switching power supply. If there is input but no output, it means that the power supply is burned out and needs to be replaced.

Measure the voltage between pins 1-2 and 3-4. You can also check whether the indicator light next to it is on.
Factor 5:The driver alarm light on red.
Solution: With the interference of current signal. Restart the power supply to see if it can return to normal. Do not operate the laser welding machine together with argon arc welding.
Factor 6:The motor is burnt out.
Solution: Use a multi-meter to measure the motor wires in pairs. If two groups are connected, it is normal. If all are connected, the motor is short-circuited and burned out and needs to be replaced.
