3. Parameter setting: According to the thickness of the welding material and the welding requirements, reasonably set the laser power, pulse width, frequency and other parameters. When setting the parameters, they should be adjusted step by step, only one parameter at a time, observe the welding effect, and gradually optimize.
4. Ventilation conditions: Ensure that the working environment is well ventilated to avoid the accumulation of trace smoke and harmful gases generated during long-term welding. At the same time, operators should wear respiratory protective equipment such as masks to reduce damage to the respiratory system.
5. Welding process: Maintain a stable and comfortable operating posture, ensure that your hands and arms are supported, and avoid shaking that affects the welding quality. Always pay attention to the shape, size and liquid flow state of the molten pool, and fine-tune the welding speed and laser power accordingly to ensure good weld formation.
6. Maintenance: Clean the optical components regularly to ensure the focusing accuracy of the laser beam and the welding effect. Regularly check the coolant and cooling pipes of the cooling system to ensure that the coolant is sufficient and unblocked. Regularly check the power cord, plug and electrical connection to ensure that the connection is firm and undamaged.
7. Environmental requirements: The water-cooled laser welding machine should be used in an environment with an ambient temperature of 5-30℃ and a humidity of no more than 35%. It is prohibited to use the mini laser welding machine in an environment with oil pollution, vibration or excessive temperature fluctuations.
